  1. Cut the beef into bite-size cubes, drizzle  your favorite BBQ sauce over it.Heat a skillet  on  Medium ( 5 or 6 ), melt a tablespoon of butter until it sizzles.  Cut  a ring or two of onion, and a slice or two of bell pepper, and sautee'  them for 10 minutes.  Carefully add the roast  beef to the pan, and heat all the way through, usually  about  12- 15 minutes.  Enjoy!


  2. Saute Onions and Mushrooms

    Add 1 packet of Onion Gravy Mix

    Add Beef Broth (amount of water used on back of gravy package)

    Add cold roast beef and bring to a boil, adding more broth if too thick. After 5 minutes add Sour Cream

    Serve over Buttered Egg Noodles for Beef Stroganoff

    Take roast beef and jalapeno jack cheese and roll up in corn or flour tortillas and fry or bake in a little oil until crisp. Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

    In a stew or soup

    Shred, mix with bar-b-que sauce and have over buns

    Shred, mix with cream cheese for sandwich filling

    Cut up small and put it in gravy for biscuits with gravy

    Cut up small and mix with gravy and have it over potatoes;

    Have it in quesedillas (spread grated cheese over half of a tortilla, top with small amount of shreddedroast beef, onions if you like, herbs, etc- or not- fold tortilla in half, fry in skillet until melted);

    Add it to chili;

    Mix it with refried beans for burrito filling;

    Add it to pot pie.

    Make it part of an omelet filling

    1.  Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches with grilled onions and peppers.

    2.  "Hash":  cut into bite sized cubes along with carrots and potatos.  Mix with beef gravey and serve over rice.

    3.  Add chili verde or salsa, sauteed onions and serve in flour tortillas with rice and cheese.

    4.  Mix with frozen veges and gravey, top with mashed potatos and shredded cheese for Shepards Pie.

    5.  Season with taco seasoning for shredded beef tacos

    6.  Mince and mix with sweet relish, mayonaise, cheese, and chopped onion for sandwich filling.

    7.  Beef and vegetable soup: Add cubed beef to beef stock, thyme, fresh ground pepper, onion, and veges for soup.  Top with grated cheese.

    8.  Instead of mashed potatos in #4, top with pie crust for beef pot pies.

    9.  Stir fry with sliced carrots, zucchini, sprouts, celery, red bell pepper,and serve with rice.

    10.  Add to baked beans with bacon and brown sugar.

    11.  Serve hot on crusty rolls with a horseradish cream sauce and cheese
