i eat carbs by counting,work out cardio hard i didnt leave any kind of cardio start from running end with spinning and dancing and tae bo,boxing and nothing works with me ,
my body fat is about 12 % checked *NOT SCALE*and i check it every month in websites and its not changing
i count rice,bread,potatoes and sometimes i dont eat them ,
and its not working with my body
my chest ribs are shown as if i was in a starvation and still have tummy
i ve lost much of my weight and still
what can i do?
give me some hints
i drink green tea and eat dried fruits as snacks and sometimes before meals to limit my food intake
i do crunches and situps ,pushups and lift weights
