Question:

What can i do with my abs ,i m not overweight and still have flabby tummy looks like Shiiit?

i eat carbs by counting,work out cardio hard i didnt leave any kind of cardio start from running end with spinning and dancing and tae bo,boxing and nothing works with me ,

my body fat is about 12 % checked *NOT SCALE*and i check it every month in websites and its not changing

i count rice,bread,potatoes and sometimes i dont eat them ,

and its not working with my body

my chest ribs are shown as if i was in a starvation and still have tummy

i ve lost much of my weight and still

what can i do?

give me some hints

i drink green tea and eat dried fruits as snacks and sometimes before meals to limit my food intake

i do crunches and situps ,pushups and lift weights

  1. woah! hold on a sec if your BF level was 12 percent you will see abs    so try again  


  2. try wearing a brief for while.

  3. Use a gym ball.. sit on the gym ball and do sit ups on them because your off balance your muscle work harder after 4 months i had abs peter andre would be jealous off.

I think your doing all the right things,can i suggest something that would help,if you was to walk on the treadmill at low speed for 1min,then up the speed and run for 1min and go over the same routine again,this will trick the body by keep on going up and down,therefore it will burn the body fat faster and you will have quicker weight loss.
