What can i do with spoiled wine?

i found a bottle of wine that was stored improperly had it been stored correctly it retailes for 2700 dollars... can i do anything with it? cook with it?

I'm very sorry to hear that first off. But yeah, you can definitely cook with it. Just use it like you would red (or white) wine vinegar. Substitute it in recipes where you would use vinegar for some extra flavor. I do that if a bottle turns on me. It's a nice change.

bummer! shame that even $2700 spoiled wine is now worth $0. I suggest you could make the most (potentially) expensive sangria in the world. The wine in the sangira would worth $500 per glass!! Or you can add coca cola to it and that would take away the harsh flavour. I also heard if you stir it with uncooked spaghetti you can reduce a little of the spoilage but have never tried myself.

sell it on e-bay - what a great thing to cook with - this would make excellent salad dressing and reduction sauces.
