What can i do with stale parma ham?

My parma ham or perchuto has gone hard and stale what can i make with it? so does not go to waste

add to navy bean soup.  

place in pot with a little olive oil and onion.  heat.  add one bag of navy beans that have been soaked.  add 1 can chicken stock.  fill pot with water.  do not stir.  it will make the soup cloudy.  add a little salt and pepper when serving.

Is it off or just dried up? If its just dried up but it on a toastie and melt some cheese ontop,or fry it up with scrambled egg or something

fry up some some chunks and get it nice and crispy then add to salads pasta or stuff chicken with it
