What can i do with the 'proof of purchase' on Little Caesar pizza boxes?

it's perforated and if you can collect them, they must be good for something, tho i cannot find it.

I doubt they are worth anything, so you might as well throw them away. Or try to sell them on eBay

Some cities and schools have a "Points for Education" or "Community Rewards Program" where proof of purchase items are collected and then available for redemption.  Check with your local Little Caesar location and/or the local School Board to see what points they may be collecting.
