  1. paper ball war

  2. Play games: Cards, Uno, Battleship, craft project that's they like to do.  Let them make forts and have war, just don't sit on the couch and let them play.  Play with them.  Or if the parents let you, take them to the park, just make sure to bring water, snacks, first aid kit, and your cell phone.

  3. teach them to commando crawl through the house on a mission but they have to be "secretive" about it or they will blow the mission make the mission "cookies" lol works for me good luck!!

  4. you can rent some child friendly movies to watch with them, or play some type of interactive learning game... it might not sound fun, but it will keep them under control and easier to take care of. I have three younger sisters and I used to do this with them. you can also make their favorite food, or play some ball with them.

  5. well first get to know them and see what they like alot of times kids will start playing with stuff they like not alot of inhibitons when your a kid.. to bad for them when they go through puberty and start having them.. thank god though the smart ones get over them quick.... anyways and then prolly since there boys try outside games

  6. make shapes with macaroni

  7. lay some newspaper on a table or on the ground and get some paint.

ask them to paint a monster or something and think of some names ( to make them laugh, you suggest some "girly " names like cutie pie or lucy locks and then say some silly names)

when they are done, make some cookies and tell them you are going to pretend they are monsters and only monsters can get cookies ( make some ccokies or just get a pack and some milk)

play some games. like tag or something.

    good luck.

  8. If you're ever in doubt, ask the parents. They'll tell you what you are and are not permitted to do where their children are concerned. Boys like playing outside, getting into everything and seeing how things work, and they rough house. Any activities planned should be creative, fun, and require an enormous amount of energy that will keep them from hurting each other (boys will be boys).

Indoor activities can include anything and everything with their toys  and what's available. Use sofa cushions, chairs, and sheets to build a fort, for example. It's just a matter of creativity and using your imagination.

    Three boys... good luck.

  9. If the weather's nice, try covering a table in cling film/ clear food wrap, and letting them paint on it. Although you should make sure it's not an especially nice table, this leaves minimal mess - they can paint all over it, and when they're done, you can just chuck the food wrap away!

I'm in the UK, so not sure what age grade one and grade three are, but another good one I use when babysitting is baking bread: it's simple, the kids will love it (especially the part where they get to knead it) and they will love making fun shaped bread rolls from the dough, seeing them rise and, of course, eating them once they're cooked!

    Good luck!
