What can i eat and cant eat?

i just got my lip pierced

i wanna know what i can and cannot eat.

and like can i use chapstick?

and toothpaste is any kind ok?

and what can i drink...prolly not alcohol, huh?

is salty foods bad?

i wanna know everything you can give me please

does it hurt to get it periced?

i want snakebites but idk if it hurts and stuff liek that.

You can eat whatever you want to, but try to avoid spicy or acidic foods and drink.

No chapstick if you have a vertical piercing, but if it's a regular lip piercing you can use it, just make sure not to get it anywhere near the piercing.

No booze, sorry. It really doesn't do good things for healing. Give it a few weeks, then you're fine.

I would avoid excessively salty foods, they won't help anything and will sting like crazy.

For cleaning all you need to do are sea salt soaks 2-3 times per day and rinse your mouth out with it for a few minutes after eating.
