What can i eat at night?

what can i eat at night before class to kinda give me that extra energy? I'm 13 weeks?

  1. Bananas helped me out a lot! That and I had a whole bucket of animal crackers and water by my bed. Just get food in that tummy of yours that should give you energy. Maybe something with a little sugar as well, and some oj.  


  2. peanut butter is what I used.. But If you don't like peanut butter try something that has iron.

  3. Fruit. Or get some fruit snacks to carry around in your purse. Chex has a new snack bar. It's chocolate, but not full of calories in case you're watching your figure for after the pregnancy. Also try Lance's NEKOT cookies. OMG! I fell in love wit them when  was pregnant. They are filled with sweet creamy peanut butter. (Not like ordinary peanut butter crackers or cookies) They are delicious if you like peanut butter!

  5. WHEN I WAS PREGNANT I LIKED DRIED FRUIT AND APPLE JUICE.IT KEPT ME REGULAR  AND GAVE ME ENERGY.

  6. I would Suggest Crackers and Cheese,Nuts,Hard boiled eggs,Fresh Fruit and Veggies and dip.

  7. Hot milk and a tea biscuit!

  9. well for dinner you can have any kind of pasta! Carbs are a great way to get energy for the next day or any day!!! you can also try many new fresh fruits try new ones that you havent had!
