Question:

What can i eat late at night?

i am very hungry, but its 12:25 at night...what can i eat that i wont rgret in the morning

p.s. please dont say vegetables

  1. Tablespoon of peanut butter...will really satisfy you. Plus its good for you b4 going to sleep (helps metabolism)...i wouldnt recommend more than 2 tablespoons though...unless u dont care about gaining weight...


  2. Try a hand full of almonds (roasted but not salted) and chew them really slowly, reading at the same time and savoring the taste.  Get them in the barrel from the natural foods store if  possible.

  3. A chewy bar, chocolate chip!!!!!

    or a ton of ICE-CREAM!!!

  4. most fast food places stay open late now but whats always best is get some harvest cheddar sun chips there not as bad for you as some other stuff and there real good

  6. hmmm well how about a lil bit of srambled eggs and a slice of toast?  Not alot of calories and maybe fill you a lil... and you could add vegetables and make a lil omlete...yummmy

  7. Just have a glass of milk.  It will help with the hunger and also help you sleep.

  8. Try a rice cake with some peanut butter, and low fat milk.

  9. have everything i your house that looks yummy till ur not hungry anymore!

  10. your should wait..you should eat 4 hours b4 you go to bed..

  11. try some oatmeal, popcorn,or beef jerky.
