What can i eat so my butt and b***s get bigger?

i can't gain weight! i'm 100lbs 5'4. i'm too skinny! i want to gain weight so i can have some hips and a nice butt. my b***s aren't that that small.. they're kind of growing. i want them to be a B cup but i don't want to get a boob job. any foods i can eat that will help this horrible problem. i hate not having a big but and normal sized b***s!

  1. Be happy with what you were given, just remember it could always be worse. the only way to get what you want through eating to to gin every where. Which means you my get your butt and b***s, but you might get a big gut to go with it.  


  2. drink a bottle of ensure every day and take a multivitamin too. my friend who is skinny can't gain weight drinks it and says its working for her.

  3. Just because you eat a lot won't give a bigger butt or b***s. The fat will distribute and could focus on areas like thighs, stomach and arms. Even if it all went to your b*****s, it wouldn't be permanent because it's fat and not breast tissue. Then your b*****s will be smaller than before. If you want to be a B cup and that's bigger than what your b***s are now, they are smaller than average. Big butts are ugly. None of the beautiful models have junk in their trunk.

  6. You can eat, whatever you want but it won't give you more T&A. But it may give you a gut. You don't sound horrible, remember beautiful women come in all shapes and sizes! Also, depends how old you are, if you are young give it time then you'll wish you were smaller.  I think you need to work on your self-esteem.

  8. wow boo i know a girl who had anal s*x all the time and her butt was flat as a pancake. if your b***s are growing then dont rush it they will come soon or later youll be in puberty until your like 19 i guess besides i wish my butt was small : )

  9. Hm, from what I hear, having s*x makes your b***s grow, and having anal s*x makes your butt grow. So try that. Just do it safely, and good luck!

  16. if you go on birth control you will automatically gain boob and *** and you loose acne and you get more regular periods!

  17. There is no food that can make you bustier. The only possibility is to gain weight all around, which would be unhealthy to attempt. I suggest a pushup bra and a great pair of jeans. Honestly, don't worry about your bust size, because smaller features are far more chic (think of runway models!).

    how old are you ?? you must be young with a fast matabolism!! that sucks!

    dont worry your matabolism will slow down as you get older.

    as for now , FAST FOOD is the awswer for how I got my b***s and bum ( its fatty tissue).

    cheese , any iltalian food , foods with lots of carbs like grains/bread/noddles or fat

  20. Actually I'm from georgia....and greens, especially collard greens make girls buts look huge, it's hilarious cause my friend sharon who lives in the ghetto, i always pick on her and ask her if shes been eating collard greens lately, and as far as b***s....i dunno a kid? maybe milk?

  24. big meats and a lot of veggies. eat some fish that helps you gain muscle and some fat.  

  25. well if you cant gain weight, then there is probably nothing you can do.  

  26. It is not what you eat, it is how you eat. Try exercising. some stretches will help your hips, b***s, and butt tone up
