Question:

What can i eat that is not the most unhealthy thing on the menu at McDonalds??

I am on the road traveling and i don't have any choice but to eat there. So what is one of the healthier things on the menu???

  1. Ahh, s***w it! I always get a 10 piece chicken nugget meal

    I guess you could try a salad or one of those fruit salads. They're amazing!


  2. You could eat the salad with minimal dressing or eat a burger with just one half of the bun, no cheese, no mayo or special sauce.  Grilled chicken without mayo is okay as well.

  3. Depending on where you live the menu changes everywhere, as a mcdonalds employee here are some of my suggestions

    1. Salad [Caesar or Classic salad, both are served with croutons]

    2. McChicken, Filet-o-fish or anything with a lot of salad on it

    3. Juice, coffee, tea or latte etc. instead of Coke/Sprite

    4. The Uncle Toby's yoghurt or Caesar wraps

    5. Just the burger itself-minus the fries and Drink [Its cheaper]

    Also in the mornings before 10.30 you might want to pick up a toasted ham and cheese sandwich or some thick cut toast instead of hashbrowns or Hotcakes

  4. Salads, Snack Wraps, Burgers or chicken sandwiches minus the bun, the apple dippers, yogurt parfaits...

    There was actually a guy who lost weight recently and was on the news because his diet was solely based on the McDonald's menu...Go figure

    If you are trying to eat cheap, why not try Wendy's? They have a healthier food selection there like the chili, salads, baked potatoes, etc....

  5. get the chicken wrap... it's pretty good and you can eat it while you're driving... and it'll fill you up quicker than a salad would!

  7. A grilled snack wrap. I would steer clear of the ranch one...go with salsa or honey mustard. Also get the snack sized fruit & walnut salad. I always order those two items, because they are cheap,quick and FILLING. The 99 cent fruit & yogurt parfaits are also really good...

  11. salads are good with no meat is low in calories! a hamburger has 250 calories. cheese burger 300. and the nuggets have 42 calories a peice! get a nutrion guide and check it for urself also! good luck!

  12. The same reason they blame music, television and movies for crimes. They blame teachers for bad grades. They blame the way the world is for a child's bad behavior. They blame cigarette companies for someone having cancer. Drug dealers for their addiction.

    It is because they won't stand up and take the responsibility them self. I smoke, if I get lung cancer, then it is my fault and genetics that caused it. If my kids are bad, then it is my fault for not teaching them and correcting them consistently. If one of my kids gets a bad grade then it is their fault for not doing the work and studying unless they truly tried their hardest. I am overweight, I gained it while pregnant and haven't been able to take it off, once again my fault. If I got off my butt and dieted and exercised the weight would come off. If I see s*x on TV, it doesn't make me run out and have s*x. If I hear the lyrics of a song and they are violent, I don't act on it. If I play a video game that is violent, it doesn't make me go out and kill people. If more people would start teaching children to take responsibility for their own actions then there would be less lawsuits and most of the ones there are would actually be warranted.

    That being said the salad or chicken burger thats not fried.
