  1. Try food, it always works for me, in fact I eat nothing else.


  2. Carrot sticks dipped in Harissa (which is a hot chilli paste/sauce) its great because the cold crisp carrot bits really compliment it & it fills you up.

    Or dip carrot/celery sticks in houmous.

    Pumpkin seeds & gogi berries or roasted/grilled sunflower seeds with a little salt for when you have the munchies.

    For when you have a sweet tooth - fresh fruit or for something more indulgent, freeze some bananas (they taste like icecream!) Dip bananas in tahini, mixed with a little agave syrup.

    Frozen tahini with a little natural sweetner also makes a delicious frozen dessert.

    fresh fruits, assorted nuts, edamame (I suggest these with sea salt, so addicting and a great source of protein!), snackable veggies (snap peas, carrots, celery, cucumbers, etc.), peanut butter, cheese...

  20. your veggi???? god, so many answers. pasta's always great though. linguini is my fave, cooks really quickly too.  slice red onion, mushrooms, lighlt fry. add to pasta when it's all cooked, add any cheese you want {bree's good, melts well, but then parmasanes good too} sprinkle with fresh corriander or parsley. Sorry about the spelling, but honest, this is so quick and simple. enjoy
