  1. Most likely brown discharge before it happens.

Lots of blood the first time, have a few pads if you go out.

Cramping, and possibly you might throw up. It happened to alot of my friends.

Wear dark coloured pants just incase of a leak the first few periods until you get used to when to change pads and what not.

Dont use tampons till a year or two into your period when its regulated and your body has matured more:)

Its seems terrible the first few but you do get use to it and it kinda gets better

    Good Luck!

  2. -you might get brownish discharge before it happens.

-you will know, its blood. hahaha

-you should go tell your parent/gaurdian/older sister, anyone who can help.

-dont where tampons the first time, where pads because you will bleed a lot

    hope i helped :)

  3. Well it can be very heavy at first and brownish...

May last a week as well. Be expected to have cramps even possiable headache as your body is adjusting to this new change, Since this is the first time your body is passing bad blood. May see a few blood cloths  but nothing to worry usally blood clts come with cramping. I would def drink plenty of fluids to as it can help alevate any headaches that may occur with the change as well flush your system.

  4. expect brown discharge.

it def wasnt a pleasant experience for me, ewwwwwwww.

  5. In general, the puberty and the menstrual cycle are genetically and hormonally determined and different girls can have different development. In different countries periods are starting at 11-17 (depending on physical development, hormones, genetics, country location, etc). It is very personal and pre-menstrual "signals" (strange discharges, breast tense, abdomen pain, etc.) can come 1-2 days or 2-3 months or 11-12 months in advance. Some girls don’t have any pre-menstruation "signals".  It depends how sensitive are you and how fast your hormones will jump up. Just don't be stressed because stress itself could make a delay.
