  1. whats abuses? you mean abscess.  Either Root canal or extraction.

  2. I worked for an oral surgeon and they frequently treat cases like yours. No matter what type of abscess you have, the dentist will have to make an incision and drain the infection. Antibiotics may be prescribed. You may require a deep cleaning (to remove plaque below the gum line) if you have a periodontal (gum) abscess.

If too much bone has been lost and the tooth is too loose, it may have to be extracted. You may also be able to save the tooth with root canal therapy.

Failure to treat an abscess can lead to serious infection as the pus spreads. Fever and malaise intensify when the infection penetrates the bone marrow of the jaw, producing osteomyelitis. Don't wait for treatment...make an appointment right away.

    Good luck.

  3. well....may pull it out.....now or later......

  4. not fully sure what you mean by abuses.  a painful tooth could be local trauma from hitting it or getting food stuck between the tooth.  It could also be caries working its way into the dentin causing it to stimulate the nerves inside of the tooth.  Bad oral health can also cause a local infection and maybe even pericapical abscesses with deep pocket gingival pockets.  I hope this helps.  Jon
