  1. Cut up onions in to long strips. Fri the onions till a bit brown then boil a kettle pour the water in to a saucepan then add the spaghetti start heating then put some cut up (in little squares) tomatoes if you have some. Add the onions. Stir.

    Wait till cooked.

Remember be careful you are using hot things.

    Enjoy

  2. CHICKEN DINNER PIE

    2 tbsp. butter

    1/2 c. chopped celery

    1/4 c. chopped onion

    2 tbsp. flour

    1 tsp. salt

    1/8 tsp. pepper

    1/8 tsp. thyme

    1/2 c. light cream

    1/2 c. chicken broth

    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken

1 (16 oz.) can diced peas and carrots

Pastry for 9 inch two crust pie

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add celery and onion, cook until tender. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and thyme. Cook until bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in chicken broth and cream. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir in chicken, peas and carrots. Pour into pastry lined 9 inch pie pan. cover pie with pastry, seal and flute edges. Cut slits in top and bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until nicely browned. Frozen pie crust should be pierced with fork and baked at 375 degrees for 10 minutes before being filled.

  3. 1.Drink plenty of water. If you're suffering from vomiting or diarrhea, you're losing a lot of fluid. You'll need to replace this to avoid dehydration. Plain tap water should be enough - you can dechlorinate it by leaving your glass for an hour, the chlorine will evaporate.

2.Replace electrolytes. If you're losing a lot of nutrients through dehydration, you can buy an electrolyte solution from a pharmacy to replace them. This should improve recovery time.

3.Eat plain foods if you get hungry, such as plain boiled white rice.

4.Get plenty of rest. You'll probably feel tired and need to sleep a lot, and sleeping will help you to recover faster.

4.Reduce your fever to feel more comfortable if you get a fever

When self-treatment isn't enough: seek medical attention if you experience:

    # Diarrhea that lasts longer than 24 hours

    # Vomiting that lasts longer than 12 hours

    # Blood in your stool

    # Persistent fever

  5. wouldn't spaghetti make you feel sick I'd try bland foods like hot chips maybe fry some onions and have the on a piece of toast with some of the spaghetti sauce(but not heaps). You could even blend the Peas in with that.
