make sure your eyeliner doesnt run.

try spraying a TINY bit of hairspray on your face after putting on make up.

youre really pretty=] i think instead of the color you have now you should dye your hair a pretty rich chocolatey brown color which would look better with your skin tone and also look good with your blue eyes.

well you have cute hair :] and pretty eyes

but you use a dash to much eyeliner.

i would try putting it under ur eye instead of the little eye lid thingit makes your eyes look bigger:]
