What can i make out of empty plastic containers?

In cool weather, paint empty plastic containers black then fill them with water and put them in the sun during the day.  At night put them in the room you're in and it will keep you warm and save energy.  Or just put them in or near sunny windows and leave them there to absorb heat during the day and release heat in the evening.

mineature  greenhouses that produce condensation for growing baby cactus from seed water once a week.   cut off soda bottle 3/4 way up, put cactus soil in bottom half, water, then slip top half on top with cap....    mineature greenhouse!

well i watched a programme once where this bloke collected old plastic bottles and joined them all together to build his own island off coast of spain i think anyway it had sand and plants growing on it and he was 90% self sufficient....ok hard to believe but i swear it was genious the government was so impressed they gave it a certification as an island in its own rights

It depends on the size and shap of the containers

You can make a pen holder ( cut with scissors, decorate with markers, decals...ect)

you can make a torado effect - great for the little ones

Take 2 two liter bottles and add water to one mostly full) tape/glue/attach the mouth of the bottles to each other, then just give it a spin and uve got it...
