  1. Slice it nicely and add it to a pasta primavera, or any type of stir fry.  Might not be authentic, but it'll be tasty.

  2. Serve them with a warm potato salad. Boil some baby new potatoes   (or larger ones cut into bitesize chunks) As soon as they're cooked, drain them and toss in your favourite light dressing, seasoning and finely sliced spring onion(or chives)

  3. We like to take it & add it to rice a roni.

    Sausage Package

    aluminum foil

    kielbasa*

    new potatoes (small)

Onion, cut up in 1/2, down side

    salt

    ground pepper, rosemary, garlic

    dijon mustard

    Pepper

On aluminum foil, place potatoes, onion, placed cut side down, & sausage. Sprinkle spices over potatoes. Turn aluminum foil up to make a package. Pinch sides of foil together so liquid doesn't seep out. Bake at 425 for 1 hour. The sausage may split open when it's done cooking.

Serve with dijon mustard. May place in a cored pepper for presentations sake.

    1 onion, chopped

Kielbasa, chopped, cut at a slant, the more meat that is shown the better

    1 C rice

    Stir all together.

Bake at 300-350F for 2 hours.

May need more water though, check at half hour intervals.

To serve, place scoop on a plate & add a dab of butter.

  4. Fry up some onions, steam fresh beets and make some pierogi for a good main course.

Or if you want to turn the kielbasa into something else, you can chop it up as a pizza topping, or turn it into a good meaty soup, or just stick it in a bun with some cheese and grilled mushrooms and eat it like a hot dog.
