What can i make to eat that would be really fast and quik and not alot of items needed to make it?

  1. PB&J sandwhich.

    smoothie(ok more of a drink) fruit juice(orange juice works well), yogurt and fresh or frozen fruit, ice(if fruit isn't frozen) blend on high until smooth...instant lunch.

    bowl of cereal

    yogurt and granola

    grilled cheese

    spoonful of peanutbutter on a banana

    salad-add some cheese and lunch meat


  2. otmeal or cereal


  3. Cereal or an omelet.  

  4. Eggs, toast, cereal... Crackers and cheese....?
