What can i put on my resume to make it sound good please?

sounds like you may be young and just starting to work? if so, one of the best things you can do for your resume is to stay at any job for a year or two (at least). don't jump around to a new job every few months (or at least don't do that if you're trying to make your resume look good!).

as for what you can put on your resume NOW, what were the specific tasks you did? did you answer phones? did you resolve problems? did you have the authority to make offers of lower interest or new cards? "multi-tasking" is too vague to put on a resume ... spell it out! :-)
