What can i tell my parents to convince them?

This year my sister graduates, and im going into 8th grade. But after my sister graduates my parents want to move to Port Orange Florida. We currently live in upstate New York. They say the hate the snow. And i always say its only once a year and stuff, but they still dont get that i love it up here. What can i say or do to convince them? Oh yah, if we do move, Ill be starting High School, not knowing anybody and being the new girl.

ok sooo.....tell them since your sister went through the 8th grade and more here, you should too. you deserve the same rights, right?

and honestly, i know ur parents love you, and stuff, but if your parents move against your will, theyre not very nice parents! if ur parents really love you, they wouldnt move cuz they would have to get permission from everybody that they love and live in their house.

and im sure they love you. God bless~ (look into being catholic or christian! God rocks man! woot!)

Heyy!!! I'm going into 8th grade too! Except I'm all the way across the country...

Anyway, tell your parents more than just that it snows once a year. Give them reasons to make them want to stay. Do they have close friends or family there? What about work? Do they care how you feel? Tell them about starting high school in a new place and how scary it might be for you. You'll loose all of your friends and probably not be able to see them in a while. Tell them that Florida is great, but if you can just move homes and still be in New York. Maybe you can start crying too! If they don't really listen to you, give them an option. They can either stay in New York, or you can just go live with a close friend or family member.

Move in with a friend or something if they won't wait for you to graduate like they did for your sister. If that fails, tell them it's unfair or favouritism.
