  1. what the guy said is good,  a tarp keeps out the dirt and is sufficient. if that isnt an option make one. get a bunch of leaves and lay them thick on the ground, cross overlap each layer. try to use long slender leaves or big leaves that cover good space to make the job quicker. also palm leaves, if available, work well. last cover it with a shirt or cloth to seperate it from your body. goodluck

    i forgot to mention to make your floor elevated abit to prevent water pooling in the tent if it rains. this can be achieved easily by piling the dirt or whatever  ground you are on and compacting it with your hand or feet. then put the leaves or tarp or whatever you use on that. about 1/2 inch high should be enough. remember it to prevent the water from building or pooling into the tent. a small trench with a branch around he tent also can assist to keep out any runing rainwater.
