  1. http://www.bragg.com/products/liquidamin...

    This stuff is good!

  2. another - - !!

    sorry

    try Johnnie's French Dip.

    You may have to ask

I would like to know what other snacks you use and your salt consumption..

    Not really I care less

Do you remember your physiology,, you do not retain salt well,, you urinate it out,,,

  3. salt substitute. or mix salt sub. 1/2 and 1/2 with real salt.

  4. Braggs liquid aminos

  5. stir fry and other sauses also contain a ton of salt

    use low sodium broth

  6. Might sound weird but try this!! My mom taught me this, boiling the low sodium kind, add some water to it, and cut up a peeled potato in quarters, and put it down in the soy sauce and water, and watch how the potato absorbs the sodium from the soy sauce!

  7. You could "water down" the low sodium soy with some rice vinegar and a little olive oil - maybe add some ground ginger to it.....

  8. I don't think you can get there from here.  Everything I can think of that you could use for the fried rice - that adds the Oriental flavor - is salt-based - whether it's oyster sauce, soy sauce, ketjap (Indonesian sweet soy sauce), teriyaki sauce - they all have a lot of salt in them.

You could make fried rice without the soy but it would be very bland.

    Sorry about that.
