What can i use to cover up a red dot i have by my eye and well pretty much makeup questions!?!?

i have a permant red dot right under my eye and i cant get it removed well it can but i will have a bigger and more noticeable scar than the red dot and i was wondering what can i use to cover it up not to cover my whole face just that dot under my eye i am not looking for a concealer for my whole face but just to cover up the dot and also should i buy bare minerals and where can i get a sample like they match the right color to your face because i don't want to buy the wrong color from the internet and then get stuck with it and what is the best eyeliner that doesn't smudge only when you smudge it yourself and easily goes on the area that is above the lower lash i don't know what it is called and what makeup would look good on me i have freckles on my cheeks and goes over my nose barely some on my forehead i have light skin with brown hair with natural red tints in the summer in the sun i have blue eyes oh and how can i make my blue eyes really pop like look really blue and really pretty because they are but not very many people notice

omg i HAVE THE SAME EXACT THING i have had it since i was like 5 and what i use to cover it up is usaly consealer or powder! GOOD LUCK :)

try getting that green and pink primer stuff before you put on your concealer.. hope that helps

You can use a green concealer because green will cancel the red out.
