  1. You can't do anything. I know someone who did this when they were a teenager, and they still have them. Try Mederma, it works for smaller lighter scarring, but there are no guarantees that it will work for such deep scarring.

  2. try Mederma (you can buy it at drug stores), also go talk to a doctor. They can prescribe some precription ointment that will help reduce scaring.  The scars that are raised are probably what is called keloid scars and will be harder to get rid of.

  3. in time all of the scars will end up white and hardly visable like the ones when you first started. i have got scars on me but i have used bio oil and it worked but it does take a long time to get rid of using it once wont make them dissapper

  4. Oh my child, makes me sad reading. Please continue to be healthy and take care of your body in a respectful way. You don't ever get another body in this lifetime. Take any advice you get for helping to fade your scars. What's left can be and will be a wonderful testament and lesson that will help many others through life. What doesn't fade is a beautiful reminder to you of where you've been but have left and are not there any longer. Let these scars continue to give you the strength to endure the difficulties in life in a new victorious way! You are a strong one, my dear! I'm proud of you.

  5. woow..

    im glad youh stoped..

  6. I have researched this for a few years. None of the over-the-counter drugs are strong enough, I don't think, and you'd have you use a half gallon a day. I am pretty much convinced I'd have to go to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon.

In the meatime, there are some great cover-up make ups for face, legs, arms and body. Estee Lauder I know makes one, not too terribly expensive. I google "scar cover up". I haven't found one I really like yet, but I'm going to try Estee Lauder.

If you see the ads for the Meda-derm or whatever, the scar they show is barely visible to begin with. That doesn't do us much good. If I find one, or find out about the dermatologist, I'll let you know.

Sorry, It's a terrible thing to wear long shirts in the summer.

  7. i heard that coco butter works but what i tried was a scar remover creame i would suggest mederma, but if ur cuts were to deep then that might not work and ull have to go to a doctor instead, i know this cuz i used to cut and im 14 and i started when i was 12, i want to cut soooo badly but i cant because the school just found out and they check my body for cuts. im glad im moving to highschool so they dont have a clue about this. hope i helped, and good job with stopping self harming yourself, i know its wrong but i just still get the urges. good luck
