What can i use to stop ants in kitchen?

the best way to do it is destroy the nest (wherever that is)

I lay down either Sweet-n-Low or Equal (?) artifical sweetener. They contain Aspertane as the sweetener. The ants think its sugar and take it back to the nest and it kills them all.

The other thing is plain cornmeal but  use cornflour (masa) cause its easier for the little fellas to carry. They cant digest it--the end.

OR you can buy Ortho Ant b Gone, Theyer little round containers that have poisoned food in them. Just spread a few around and they work too.

But i like my cheap methods better and they are just as good or maybe even better.
