What can i used to protect my self from getting pregnant besides condoms,birth control?

I'm married. I can't get on birth control because of the fact i have high blood pressure and they told me i could have a stroke. I don't like condoms,i need something to use or try with out estrogen in it.I just had a son 10 days ago i really don't want any more kids right now i have 3 in all. What can i do to protect my self. I was thinking about getting my tubes tide but i want 1 more later on

  1. Why don't you tell your guy to get a vasectomy then?

    I can't believe this hasn't been an option. You've done enough and have enough going on with your body. He can atleast do this.


  2. You could use a female condom. If you don't like that option you could use spermicide or your man could get a vasectomy.  

  3. Freeze some eggs before getting your tubes tied?

    Also, you could try the cap, the sponge or a femidom - not quite condoms but completely oestrogen-free and pretty effective especially if you use with some spermicide gel.

  4. Talk to your doctor. There are many forms of birth control out there, not just the pill and condoms!

  5. U can get ur tubes clamped and if u decide that u want another child the clamps can be removed.  

  6. Try a IUD like the Minerva one.  It's a little piece of plastic the doctor puts in the wall of your uterus.
