What can i wear for volleyball pratice?

what can clothing should i wear for volleyball practice, out in the sun???

indoors, you wear spandex, or soffee shorts with a cotton tee. If outdorrs you will want to wear a tank top.

Cloth shorts and a cute tank top that is supportive. You want to look cute- but comfortable. If you are constantly pulling at your clothes, you won't practice well.

If this is beach volleyball, then beach wear i.e. swimsuit.

If this is traditional court volleyball, then shorts and a t-shirt.

Either way, lots of suntan lotion as you do not want to burn and keep reapplying it frequently as you will be sweating it off.

wear a tank top or a shirt. i don't recommend white as sometimes it can become see  through. make sure the shirt isn't too low cut so u are  comfortable.

the ype of pants they were for soccer games and a tank sop. not to loose or big shirt will also do.

a good sports bra (preferably dark so that when you sweat it isn't that obvious), a nice pair of cycling shorts, and shades with uv protection. my teammates like to stick a handtowel half out the back of their cycling shorts in case the sweat on their hands becomes too slippery

You would be able to move well and be super comfortable. This way, you're not too S****y, but you still look hot!
