u could learn to spell.. i think you have had a few to many bats to the head...i am assuming you meant what could you do if you feel bad for someone?? cheer him up with a joke.. if your of age take him out and get him drunk.. then he will forget about feeling bad and he might even get lucky what goes around comes around thats what friends do for each other.. stick with him ya never know when it might be you next time and feeling down in the dumps...

people may want to talk, but if they are feeling really bad, then all they really need is for someone to be there and just listen.  they ususally do what they want anyway, so advice is not really need unless they ask for it.
