What can it be..please help..???

My side abs hurt, i have a minor head ach, yesterdy my ovaires were very soar and my lower back was soar also. I am sexuaoly active but my fiance uses condoms. It cant be my period cus i had it on Aug. 10. What can it be?

Sometimes women experience pain if they ovulate.  Have you noticed a lot of discharge that looks like egg whites?  I don't know what the headache could be from.
