a package of  KNOX unflavored gelatin in a glass of water once a week. avoid painting your nails,  nails are hard skin cells, skin cells have to breathe, when you clog the airways of the skin it gets weak, just like make up, if you are one that doesnt wear make up or very light make up,  and one day you put on foundation that you normally wouldn't wear,  how does it make your face feel, like its sealed in rubber or plastic. same goes for salon, acrylic nails, have you seen the damage left behind from those things.  sorry for such and extended example hope some of this is of help, the knox gelatin works even with the smothering polishes. Cod liver oil is good for nails. You'll have nails like Nosferatu before you know it.

well they say that garlic wrks for makin nails strong n help them grow as well n well it does wrk but makes ur hands smell lol
