What can make your legs smooth?

I was just wondering...after I shave my legs I have dark spots where the hair used to be...and sometimes it's smooth, sometimes it's not...I just want to know if there is anything I can get that keeps your legs smooth and removes the tiny dark spots after you shave?

Next time you go to like Walmart or a drugstore, you will find a cream to apply after shaving, and this will make your legs as smooth as they can be. I think the brand was Suave.
