Last month I got my period a week early. I bled for 7 days, then 2 weeks later I got it again and bled for 2 weeks. Now 2 weeks after that I started bleeding and it has been 6 days and there is no size that it is going away anytime soon. Does anyone know what this means? And please don't just write "Go to the doctor"

  1. it just means you have a heavy flow,if your aged between 12-25.its perfectly normall, periods are all different, i suggest u go to the doctors and ger birth controll pills.this will make you lighter, and shorter, and if you have the mini pill you can stop your periods alltogether!

    goodluck x*x

  2. That happened to a friend of mine, she found out she was anemic. That may be why.  Or your cycle is changing.

  3. It could be anything.

That happened to me in 1992 after a period didn't stop.

My doctor told me I had stopped ovulating and put me on the pill to stop the bleeding plus to regulate me.  I bled for a year.

Please see a Gyn so that he/she can stop the bleeding.  It may not stop if you have stopped ovulating like I did.  But you should still see the doctor because it can be something more serious like cancer.  This also happened to a friend of mine.  She waited to go to the doctor too long and found she had cancer. She died within a year.
