What can me and my sister do in NYC for our 18th and 21st birthdays?

My sister and I have the same birthday and this year she will be turning 18 and I will be turning 21. We were thinking of spending the day in the city with my cousin (23) and several of her friends (some 17, some 18 years old). We're not into drinking or clubs, but we wanted to do something unique in NYC to celebrate together. (We're from NY so we've done all the typical "must do" things in NY in the past) Any ideas?
