Well, there is what i've always known as "wounded soldier" (though you might want to change the name) where you throw a ball to each other, and if you drop it you lose a limb - so the first time you drop the ball, you have to stand on one leg, the second time you drop the ball you have to kneel, the third time you drop the ball you have to put one arm behind your back and the fourth time you drop the ball you are out or "dead". That can be played with any number of players, but at least 2.
