My wife child support degree has not been enforced by a state and the agencies that watch nothing go through the cracks has lets hers go

In her org. degree he is post pay 235.00 straight a month all she gets is 216.98 and the state carries it over to next month the he another child that he pays over 800.00 a month then after that he paid another woman of 800.00 a month and by state law all finical is done all cases and all child support must be even split by all parties. When my wife called up CES they told she can not get more because she at her limit already and if we wanted medical they would have to drop he support lower then the 235.00 She has not got any increase since the begging of this degree plus the father owes for his 50/50 which has not paid any money to this cause. We live in another state from were this child support degree is out of

  1. .    The next time you are back in the original state, go in person to the sheriff's office.  Ask that the father be arrested for failure to live up to the agreement.  If they say ok, father will be arrested.  If they say no, you will get no more help.  It is an imperfect system.

  2. new law child support is considered income and is taxable, horrible. take what you get and adjust accordingly
