What can perk up a rose?

I've got a pink rose. It is drooping. How can I get it to perk up and bloom? Any tricks?

Some fertilizer and plenty of water. It has been said that you can't over water a rose and so far I have found that to be true. However it should be watered in the morning so the sun can dry the foliage. Watering at night or late evening can lead to mildew.

when roses are down and blue. scaranade them and then they will bloom

If it's a cut rose, trim the end of the stem, & put an aspirin in the water.

If this rose is still in the garden, get rose food at the garden centre.
