If someone feels a strange energy, then suddenly shakes (suppressible, but sometime hard to supress) what can is it caused by? After urinating, there's the same urge, but it happens other times too. Like I said: it's possible to suppress, but it takes effort.

  1. There are already some other answers, some of which include good ideas.  It is unlikely that your shakes are due to hypoglycemia, as the symptoms are quite different and longer-lasting.  One of my patients had recurrent sudden shakes, and a neurologist ultimately told the patient it was a form of Tourette's syndrome.  This could also be true in your case as well, but if it turns out not to be that, remember that you are on the internet and I can't examine you or send you to a neurologist.  If the problem persists, it would be worthwhile to consult your personal physician, and possibly to ask whether a referral to a neurologist could be helpful or worthwhile in your case.

  2. turettes

sorry if i spelled that wrong haha good luck! :D

  3. Ahh...the shiggles.  Not to worry, they're normal and are thought to be an involuntary muscular phenomenon caused by intense stimulation of the autonomic nervous system. Basically, you're wired for it.  Tremors on the other hand are neurological signs indicating some disorder.

  4. Low blood sugar, maybe.
