What can satisfy my alcohol interests

i am not old enuff to drink or bartend, and yet i am very very interested in making cocktails and the sort. when i see bottles of alchol i just get so excited i wanna do SOMETHING with them, but i cant. online bartending games suck, and asi i said i cannot bartend. are their any video games, or for pc, or anything i can do to feed this interest? i mean, when i look at a picture of gin or vermouth or any alcohol or cocktail i juust wanna do something with them. what on earth can i do?

Find another hobby!  If you are wanting to "create" wonderful tasting things from scratch, then start experimenting with flavors, textures, and products.  You can also blend exotic smoothies using different fruit juices and yogurts.  Your fascination with alcohol may or may not be indicative of a more profound issue with alcohol.  Good luck!

Get a job at a coffee bar or a Hawaiian Ice stand.  You will definitely be able to get creative with the bottles of syrup on hand and see what tastes work together.

Turn your interesnt in drinks into an interest in food and try to get a job or cultivate a hobby around cooking.  Let your imagination go and see what you can come up with.

Finally.....get a bartending job when you are old enough!  A good bartender can make a lot of money, and they are God's chosen people.
