the relaxers normally get the person in a burn sensation in the head and have to be wash out immediately.

Is it that the relaxers don't work, or is it that they cannot leave it on long enough to work? The hair should not be washed for at least 48 hours before the relaxer. The scalp is easily irritated, so the chemicals will burn.
