  1. Those deported for drug convictions are banned for life

  2. He can never come back due to the drug charges.

  3. Vogue is right. US immigration law takes drug offences very seriously. If he was convicted of trafficking or simple possession beyond a small amount of marijuana, it's a permanent bar to visa issuance and no waiver of that bar is available. Period.

  4. He is a convicted felon, and he has been deported.  Therefore, he is never returning to the US.  He can apply for his wife's immigration to his country, or she can apply on her own.  His children have a right to citizenship in Jamaica because their father was a citizen at the time of their birth.  He can get the children Jamaican passports and his kids can join him in Jamaica without any immigration hassles.  This is the only way to keep the family together.

  5. No, deportation on drug charges will prevent him from ever been able to return to the USA, the law is very clear. It doesn't matter that his girlfriend and children are US citzens because he wasn't and was deported on drug charges. I'm sorry but there's nothing he can really do.
