If I would send about 25 euro to a friend in Nepal, what can he do with that? What are the prices over there?

He can give treat to his few freinds in a good restaurant.

or, He can save that money for future use... Nepalese people loves saving...

If your friend is a book lover he can buy books. If he likes to move on with fashion, he can buy new T-shirts etc. Since it is cold weather here, he can even think of buying a jacket. Definitely he could ask somebody for date too. He can even buy an external TV card for his computer. He can even buy 2.1 speaker sound system. He can buy loads of game CDs if he likes to play game. Well... why don't you ask him about his interests....
