My ex boyfriend told his wife, the Mother of his child that he no longer wanted to be with her, mainly because he was tired of the phyiscal fights they were having, and of her controlling his every move because he is on probation for 8yrs and he admitted to her that he would rather be back with me because I treated him way better then she was treating him. Anyway he stated to her that he would like to be friends with her and be there for his child. So recently she called him and asked him to pick her up from work, and he and one of their mutual friends went and got her, during the ride bringing her home, according to him and their friend, she picked an argument and started physically hitting him, from what they tell me he tried to pull over and get her out of his car but couldn't without physically causing harm to her, so he continued driving and tried to get her to her destination as fast as he could, anyway from what I was told, on the way she noticed a family member of hers vehicle driving in the opposite direction, and started hitting him again and demanding she let him out of the car, so this time he pulled over and pushed her out of his car and drove off. While they were telling me what happened, he kept saying he know he was wrong for pushing her out the car, but he was tired of the abuse. Anyway when I spoke to him today he told me that he and I will not be able to be together because he found out there is a warrant for his arrest, and that she filed a report and told the police that he kidnapped her and physically assulted her, (I have seen this girl come to his house unannouced while he and I were together and physically assult him for not breaking up with me like she wanted him to) And he is telling me that he is scared of going back to jail because he doesn't know how much time they will give him. I know for a fact that she did this out of jealousy and would rather make everyone in his life lose him. His daughter, his Mother, his Family, and especially ME, just because she can no longer have him. He is stating that he will rather leave the State or the Country then to go back to jail. Will he serve time if he tells his side of the story and get the police to see that this is a woman scorned and she is doing this out of Jealousy, or is his best option to leave the State he is in.

  1. My ex had this same situation some chicks can be total Freak of nature, but I will tell you this.........Even though he had every moral right to do what he did to her (although she deserved more!) he shouldn't have ever pushed her out of the car, that was a big no no he should've just stop the car get out of it and called the police! The law is never in favor of the male in most cases and sadly these females today are the blame.....The best thing you can do is write a written report on the things you have seen this girl done to him and hope it helps for the best ruling! Good Luck 2 you and he just might when this case with a good lawyer I know my ex did!

  2. an accusation that goes to court unchallenged= guilty charge for him.

your ONLY option is to go to court and deal honestly with this unless your satisfied with a lifetime of hiding and worrying about being arrested at anytime.

    in addition....i know the feeling...

my brother is in jail now

he opted to take the hiding option when he was in a similar situation to yours...he was finally arrested when he was stopped by a cop for riding a bicycle on a sidewalk.

not dealing with these issues immediately has much worse consequences eventually

i pray justice is with you.
