What can telephone operators tell me?

i was watching the movie with ashton kutcher i forgot what its called but the lady had his phone number but she needed his addressso she called the operator and said to match it..are tehy allowed to do that???

try Reverse Lookup. if it is a land line and not a cell phone number. there might be no info. if the number is not listed. the it will be black.
