The Government should keep there noses out of it. If you do not go vote, you are probably not qualified or understand what and who you are voting for. Just stay home then grip the next 4 years about whats going on.

Make more polling places.

Extend the hours for which the poll is open. Many people cannot get off of work to go and vote, so they literally can't afford to vote. How is that just?

Of course, this only applies to those who would like to vote but can't. An equally big problem is people who are too lazy or apathetic to vote, or those who think they're making a statement by not voting.

The Supreme Court can issue a big, fat apology for stopping the Florida recounts in the year 2000. My feeling is that if the Court won't allow our votes to be counted, why should any of us bother to vote? I want the Court to admit they screwed up and apologize.

Why would I want to sit around and wait for the government to come to the door for everything? If we don't start exercising our rights, we have no reason to ask for anything.

Emphasize that election is important because leaders are chosen on this process that directly affect them through public services.
