  1. good question....I went through the similar situatuion.  Basically you need to mold your brother into fitting in with your circle of friends.  Try to find out that unique quality about him that makes him "cool."  Build up his self-esteem.  Let him know he's going to be the go to guy when you and your friends need beer/cigarettes.
