What can the yahoo 360 team do in this case?

I didn't change any of my blog settings, but suddenly all of my private messages and quick comments disappeared.

And enven I myself can't post a quick comment in my blog.

Is there anyone who have a solution for this?

  1. The reason you are having so many problems with your 360 account is ..

    We are losing our Yahoo 360 accounts very soon according to the Yahoo product blog you can access by going to this link:

    There are many problems that will not be fixed by Yahoo on the 360, and they are getting worse each passing day.

    I urge you to go to the product blog and read the information for the last three postings by yahoo about all of the changes that are coming to us soon.

  3. Y!360 is transitioning into a different social networking platform in the second half of 2008. There has not been a more specific date announced on the blog yet. Yahoo is trying to centralize its profiling services - Y!Mash, Y!360, and the regular Members profile - into one. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. However, they are no longer fixing bugs related to Y!360, so there's no point in trying to contact them about it.

    - In your "My Page," click on the "Settings" link for the comment module (in lower left corner of the module). The comments module is the lowest box on the left side of your "My Page."

    - Click the "Allow comments by" dropdown and change the permission from "Just Me (Private)" to something else if you want others to actually type in a textual comment as well.

    - Check the "enable quick comments box"

    - Click the "Save" button.

    If that doesn't work, then you have a glitch on your page that's only fixable by Yahoo. As stated above, they are not officially fixing glitches, but there have been glitches fixed with in the last year. HOWEVER, they are not entertaining individual requests. Your only options are to try the above steps, wait for the glitch to resolve itself, open a new 360 space under a different Yahoo ID, or quit the service.

    NOTE: It's possible that like the comment/mailbox issue experienced by many last year, the module may only work during certain times of the day.
