  1. Getting in someone's face and yelling at them is at the very least a peace disturbance in most areas and sometimes assault if the person feels threated. If the police decide to charge you you could possibly be ticketed or even taken to jail and made to post bond. If you are found guilty, you can expect fines and anger management (which I think you need if you get that upset over something as simple as being carded. Many gas stations now require employees to card EVERYONE just to CYA so get used to it)

  2. All they will do is tell you to not come back to that store. It p*sses me off too, sometimes when I get carded, but as a mature adult, I either go get it or go to another store, no sense in cussing someone out for doing their job, they are supposed to card anyone who looks younger than 30, so take it as a compliment even know it is frustrating at times.

  3. They are just doing their job. A clerk at a gas station is held accountable for selling cigarettes to minors, there are very hefty fines to pay for selling cigarettes to minors. She is required to ask for ID, even if she is pretty sure you are of age. A gas station attendant's job is a thankless one.

They probably have their share of drive-offs, hearing people complain about the price of gas, and long hours when the newbie doesn't show up, without being cussed at by you.
