  1. Something has changed in your life. Think about it some more, and you'll probably figure it out. Has your quality of life changed at all? Are you under any stress? Have your sleeping habits changed as a result of anything? Start keeping a sleep, food and exercise log. Compare what happened in your day with those three items above. Whenever you feel tired, ask yourself what changed.

If everything seems in place, speak to your doctor. But it doesn't sound like anything serious unless the tired spells are accompanied by feeling light headed.

  2. When I was reading your question, the first thing that came to mind is your heart/circulatory system. Have you had a physical recently? I would go to a drug store and test your blood pressure in one of those public blood pressure cuffs. I would make an appointment to see the doctor as well. I sure hope it's nothing serious. You may just be anemic and need more iron. Only the doctor can test you to be sure. I hope you're feeling better really soon. Take care.

  3. Many medical conditions can bring on the symptoms you are describing, which are normally systemic in nature. Conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, systemic arthropathies (such as rheumatoid arthritis). Have a look through your family history and see if there is any problems like this in the family.

On the other hand it good be an infections, stress or so many other things.

I would highly recommend to consult your GP for a diagnosis and management plan.

    Regards
