  1. The Bristish embassy has a cellphone for the consular officer on duty in Peru. It is : 9751 7123.

He should try that number ASAP.

  2. He should immediately go to the police and report his credit cards being stolen, if he hasn't already done so, is the only way he's going to get any help. He can sleep in train stations, bus stations, and airports and possibly even beg for food or money. I've been in the same position as he, my credit cards and money was stolen as well but I was in Uruguay.

  3. Police station and all embassies have 24 hour emergency numbers

  4. Depends on where he is.

    Western Union him some money?

He can go to airport and just hang out. Did he loose his return ticket or is it electronic?

  5. Your brother needs to either find the nearest U.S. Embassy or contact the U.S. Embassy by phone. They will be able to help your brother. Iffor any reason the embassy dont help or he cant find it you or another  family member needs to contact the goverment.

P.S. If you and your brother are from a different country you need to contact your country's embassy. I only say that because this is the world wide web I dont know if im speaking to an American or not.

  6. go to police for a start
